Elopement Packages

All packages include full celebrant services and professional photography. Elopements are available Monday - Thursday only.

We have a selection of locations we love working at and are happy to chat through these options with you - any venue fees can be added to your package price.

If you already have a location in mind outside of our recommended venues, that’s no problem at all. We just ask for plenty of notice before booking so we can plan logistics and travel accordingly.

Understanding Ceremony Types

Legals-Only Ceremony

A legals-only ceremony focuses purely on the legal requirements to marry.
It includes the minimum legal wording, signing of documents, and the option to include personal vows.
Approx. duration: 5 minutes + signing.

Full Ceremony

A full ceremony allows time for a personalised introduction, storytelling elements, vows, ring exchange and optional meaningful additions.
It creates space for emotion, presence, and guest involvement where relevant.
Approx. duration: 20-30 minutes.

At Brin Farm - $4600 / Includes toilets, ceremony location with chairs and pews, cocktail table, x1 staff and access to lawns

A simple, intimate option for couples wanting a relaxed, legal-focused elopement.

Includes:

  • Celebrant

  • Legals-only ceremony (optional personal vows)

  • Professional photography

  • Up to 2 guests (can act as witnesses - children not counted)

  • 1 hour coverage

Premier $4,200 (Celebrant and photographer only)

At Brin Farm - $6950 / Includes ceremony location with chairs (pews or wooden), cocktail tables, toilets, bar, x1 bar staff, access to lawns and saddlery patio.

A complete & personalised elopement experience with space for storytelling and celebration.

Includes:

  • Celebrant

  • Fully personalized full ceremony

  • Professional photography

  • 1 bouquet + 1 buttonhole

  • Up to 25 guests (children not counted)

  • Unlimited communication, guidance & support in the lead up

  • 3 hours coverage

Add ons

  • Videography - from $1,000

  • 2 florals on plinths (plinth hire included) - $900 (pick up only)

  • Additional guests - on request

  • Extra photography coverage - $250 per hour

Booking Fees & Payments

To secure your date:

A $500 booking fee is required for any package.
This amount is deducted from your final invoice, which is due 2 weeks before your wedding day.

Additional Location-Based Booking Fees

  • Europe: $2,000

  • New Zealand: $1,000

  • Australia Travel Fee: $500

Travel Policy for Elopements


When we’re actively advertising that we’ll be in a specific location for elopements, travel fees are not charged to clients booking in that area because we’re already planning to be there.

However, if you have a specific location in mind that we are not currently promoting or planning to travel to, travel fees will be added to your package.

 FAQs

  • Our elopement packages are designed for intimate celebrations with up to 25 guests. If you're planning to invite more than 25 people, that moves into micro wedding territory - and Lucy has a beautiful package designed specifically for that!

  • Yes! Absolutely!

  • Of course! Whatever makes your ceremony personal to you!

  • We can yes! Video is offered at an additional $1500 inc GST and would be a 2-4 minute highlight video.

  • We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance, especially if you have a specific date or location in mind. For international couples, 6-12 months is ideal to allow time for paperwork and travel planning

  • Yes — Lucy is a registered celebrant, so she'll walk you through all the legal requirements to ensure your marriage is legally binding in Australia (and help international couples understand recognition in their home country).

  • Yes — we can assist with basic travel coordination and local recommendations, especially for international couples or remote locations.
